This Privacy Policy explains how Keto Eggo (“Keto Eggo”, “App”, or “Service”), operated by Seyfi Can Zeyrek (“we”, “us”, or “our”), handles information when you use the App. This policy is written for users of Keto Eggo and for app store review purposes.

Keto Eggo is a keto diet, food logging, meal planning, water tracking, exercise logging, and progress tracking app. The App is not a medical app, medical device, healthcare provider, dietitian service, or emergency service.

3. Age Requirement

Keto Eggo is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors under 18. If you are under 18, do not use the App.

4. Information You May Provide

Depending on the features you use, Keto Eggo may ask you to enter information such as age or age range, gender, height, weight, target weight, diet goal, activity level, keto experience, food preferences, allergies, fasting preference, meal logs, food selections, recipe preferences, water logs, exercise logs, weight progress, onboarding answers, notification preferences, and app settings.

You should not enter information that you do not want to store in the App. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

5. Health and Nutrition Data

Keto Eggo may process diet, nutrition, water, exercise, allergy preference, and weight tracking information only to provide app functionality such as targets, logs, summaries, recipe suggestions, progress screens, reminders, and plan-related experiences.

Keto Eggo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, disease management, or emergency assistance. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting keto, low-carbohydrate dieting, fasting, calorie restriction, exercise changes, or any nutrition plan.

6. Local Storage

Keto Eggo may store onboarding answers, diet plan data, meal logs, water logs, exercise logs, weight progress, preferences, and other app data locally on your device.

Keto Eggo is not a backup service. If you delete the App, reset your device, clear app data, change devices, or lose access to your device, locally stored data may be permanently lost. Unless an optional cloud sync or backup feature is clearly introduced in the future, we may not be able to restore your local data.

7. Information Collected Automatically

The App or third-party services may collect limited technical information necessary for app operation, security, diagnostics, subscriptions, advertising, consent management, notifications, and platform compliance. This may include device type, operating system version, app version, region, language, crash logs, diagnostic events, purchase status, subscription status, advertising identifiers where permitted, consent choices, and notification tokens where push notifications are enabled.

We do not use your local meal logs, allergy selections, diet plan, water logs, exercise logs, or weight tracking data for advertising personalization.

8. How We Use Information

We may use information to provide app features, generate approximate targets, show recipes and plans, save your logs and preferences, display progress summaries, send reminders if enabled, manage subscriptions, provide an ad-free premium experience, show advertisements to free users, improve stability, detect crashes, comply with app store requirements, respond to support requests, and protect the App from misuse.

9. Advertising

Free users may see advertisements in Keto Eggo. Advertising may be provided through Google AdMob, Huawei Ads, or other advertising providers depending on platform and region.

Advertising partners may process device, ad, consent, and technical data according to their own privacy policies and applicable consent requirements. Keto Eggo does not intentionally share your local diet, meal, allergy, water, exercise, or weight tracking data with advertising providers for personalized advertising.

10. Subscriptions and Purchases

Keto Eggo may offer free and paid access. Premium currently provides an ad-free experience. Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally handled by the app store or payment provider where the purchase was made, such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, or RevenueCat where applicable.

We may receive limited purchase or entitlement information, such as whether premium access is active, in order to unlock paid features.

11. Notifications

If you enable notifications, Keto Eggo may use notification permissions and notification tokens to send reminders related to app usage, hydration, logging, progress, or motivational messages. You can disable notifications in your device settings or app settings where available.

12. Third-Party Services

Keto Eggo may use third-party services for app distribution, payments, subscriptions, advertising, consent management, diagnostics, notifications, and platform compliance. These may include Apple App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, Firebase, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Apple App Tracking Transparency, Huawei Push, Huawei Ads, Huawei In-App Purchases, crash reporting tools, analytics or diagnostic tools, and cloud infrastructure providers if used.

Third-party services may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices except where required by applicable law.

13. Legal Bases Where Applicable

Depending on your location, we may process information based on your consent, performance of a service requested by you, legitimate interests such as app security and improvement, compliance with legal obligations, or management of subscriptions and purchases.

Locally stored data may remain on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the App. Third-party services may retain technical, purchase, advertising, consent, diagnostic, or platform data according to their own retention policies and applicable law.

Support emails may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

16. Your Choices and Rights

Nutrition, food, recipe, calorie, macro, net carbohydrate, water, exercise, and progress values may be approximate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Food data may vary by brand, portion, country, preparation method, and ingredient quality.

Always check food labels, ingredient lists, restaurant information, and allergen warnings before consuming food. Do not rely on Keto Eggo as your only source of nutrition, allergy, ingredient, or medical information.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we may notify you through the App, by updating the “Last Updated” date, or by other appropriate methods. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
